Grapeheads used to be called Alexander the Grape. They are small panned candies with a tart grape flavor. The boxes are pre-printed with 25¢. Click to Order.

They are made by the cold panned process where candy pieces are built from candy centers tossed in revolving pans while flavors, color and other ingredients are added, one at a time until the candy is the desired size.
